Returns and Exchanges

We are cool with exchanges and returns. Simply email us, and we will look after you.

How to return: Send us an email to tell us your order number and what you would like us to do. We will then give you instructions and look after you.

When to expect a refund: You will be refunded within 3 working days.

Return windows: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Customer return fees: We do not charge restocking fees. If the product is faulty we will not charge for return postage. If you have changed your mind about the purchase, we expect you to cover the return postage costs.

Seasonal overrides: Our returns policy extends from 30 days to 60 days from the 1st December. This gives you peace of mind when Christmas shopping.

Faulty Product: If the product is faulty we may ask you to return it (at our cost), and we will replace or refund.

Exchange Product:  If you wish to exchange the product. No problem. We are very happy to accept returns, whether there's a problem with the item or you've simply changed your mind. Simply parcel it up and post it right back to us at the shop address:
